Color or no color at all, makeup for Fall 2010 was certainly original. This season, designers allowed makeup artists to spread their wings and be bold. Even with all that “uniqueness”some definite trends did emerge.
How to do this look at home:
Make sure your brows are well groomed and have a definite shape. Do not over pluck! Fill them in with a brow powder that is just a half a shade darker than your brow hair. Use restraint or risk channeling your inner “spock”.
