Why are there “out of stock” items in my email and/or on the site?
When designer merchandise goes on sale, it doesn’t take long to completely sell out. If an “out of stock” item appears unavablie or on our site, it simply means that the retailer hasn’t had a chance to remove that item from the store’s website.

Why can’t I pay for all my purchases at once? Why do I have to pay for each item separately?
