MP STYLE GUIDE RSSTogether Madison Plus and Wilhelmina Models have teamed up for the first ever online plus size editorial that was created, photographed, styled, produced, and modeled by plus size models in collaboration with Madison Plus.
This “Model on Model” concept places the pro models behind the camera and the fresh face models in the spotlight. The pro models from Wilhelmina’s W Curve division are Philippa Allum as the stylist and Becca Thorpe as the photographer. The fresh face models, Jenny Dettner and Erika Demmer, came straight from Germany to shoot with Philippa, Becca, and the Madison Plus team in the hope of achieving their American dream of landing a contract with Wilhelmina.
In the end, Erika and Jenny’s American dream was realized. Both models landed contracts with W Curve. Now that is an MP, and American dream realized, model on model style.
