Mark Fast first showed his high-end knit line on plus models last season to show that his knits look great not only on straight size models, but curvy plus models as well. The move turned out to be brilliant for him as the press and public went crazy for the beautiful images of plus models, such as Hayley Morley, strutting down the catwalk. This season Fast decided to bring back plus models to the runway. This season he had uber plus model Crystal Renn as well as Hayley Morely show off his knit dresses.
We are so happy to see a high-end designer embracing plus models on the catwalk and can’t wait for more designers to follow Fast’s lead.
