Last week, the Madison Plus team, Aimee, Erica, and Kari, received exclusive invites to see Gayla Bentley’s Fall 2010 collection.  The location of the presentation could not have been more luxurious! It was shown in a penthouse with head to toe windows overlooking the Hudson River on the west side of New York City. After we took in the breathtaking views we were served a glass of champagne and got the opportunity to model the new Fall 2010 collection with the rest of the party!

One thing that we absolutely loved about the collection is that is truly exemplifies Bentley’s brand mantra of “It’s not about size, it’s about style”. A symbolic image for Gayla is red lips which everyone on Gayla Bentley’s team was wearing. Red lips stand for Live in Personal Style (L.I.P.S). The best thing about Gayla’s clothes is that she makes it very easy for women to live in their personal style.  The clothes translated so well between sizes. Her line runs from size 2-30, such a rarity in the fashion industry to have a size range that works for so many sizes! Kari and Aimee perfectly showed how the clothing pieces translate between different sizes. Kari is straight size at a size 6 and Aimee is plus size 14 and the jackets look amazing on both of them!

I also had a lot of fun trying on Gayla’s clothing, she even got me to try something other than my typical NYC black clothing!  Check out a picture of me below in Gayla’s blue jacket!
