Religious Accessories- Yes or No?

Young celebrities such as Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Momsen, and Katy Perry have been spotted recently wearing rosaries and saint bracelets. We are not sure what to make of this trend and wanted to ask our fans on your thoughts.

Are you wearing religious accessories now?  What do you think of young, impressionable starts such as Miley Cyrus and Taylor Momsen wearing them?

i don’t mind it as an aesthetic but it’s a big no for me. being raised jewish, i have a big problem wearing any sort of religious imagery, even though i’m not religious myself.

I am often drawn to the saint bracelets and rosary necklaces when I am flea markets, etc. However, being non-religious I don’t buy/wear them. I think if the beliefs behind the jewelry are there than a person should wear them and share their faith through their accessories. If they are just wearing them to be trendy then no.

I don’t think they should be worn to be trendy. If they reflect your beliefs, then yes, by all means.

Cross necklaces and rosary beads are quickly becoming a trend! Depending on the design they can really dress up a dress and make a statement. And if the jewelry has a special meaning to the wearer it’s perfect.

I’m good with wearing a simple cross necklace, which I do myslef but turning something like rosaries into a trend seems to be a no no.
