Who is #1 on your best dressed list?

The curvacious Christina Hendricks spent Halloween with her family having a low key lunch at a Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles. Christina wore a shirtdress that she cinched at the waist with a black belt and finished off with a matching clutch and glasses.

Christina talked to Britain’s Grazia magazine about how her mother has taught her to embrace her curves.

She said, “I love my body as it is. People in the industry have been telling me to lose weight for years but I like the way I look. I give credit for my mother for helping me feel good about my appearance – for making sure I never felt embarrassed about my body, because she was never worried about looking too big.”

Now that is some great advice from Mom!

We are thrilled to see the curvacious Kat Dennings in the latest Flaunt magazine!  Dennings has just finished filming her latest film, Thor, that is based on the popular Marvel comic. Not only is Kat Dennings a great actress, but she has body that may just rival Christina Hendricks.

As Flaunt magazine says, “Dennings’ voluptuous body has lent itself to some pretty salacious characters and she doesn’t apologize for it. Her characters tend to be confident in their skin, smart, teenaged, and very, very spirited… you do the math.”

Regarding her curves and society’s obsession with body image, Dennings told Nylon magazine, “People are obsessed. Like, do you have anything better to do than not eat and go to the gym, you freak? I mean, ask any size-zero twit if she’s read a book lately.”

Capitol File is a local DC Magazine that “chronicles and celebrates the most influential players, cultural connoisseurs, fashion sophisticates, and philanthropic leaders in the Washington, DC metropolitan region”. The article on Hendricks aptly titled “The Lady is a Vamp” talks about the actresses early days as an artist in Fairfax, to her success on Mad Men, to her curvacious and beautiful figure, or course.

This past Saturday was the Creative Arts ceremony at the Nokia Theater in LA. Curvy favorite Christina Hendricks was looking as ravishing as ever in a black one-shoulder belted dress.

Erika Christensen also looked stunning in a a short navy dress that was nipped at the waist and voluminous through pleating around the neck. Erika also jumped on the lace trend with a thin hint of it around her neck.

Aimee and I (Erica) had the pleasure of meeting up with Tali Giat from Fox’s More to Love at Tarallucci E Vino near Union Square in NYC.  We caught up with her over a glass of wine and small bites while she told us about her modeling aspirations and her future endeavors that you will have to stay tuned for! Afterwords we got some great shots of her in a fabulous camel colored dress with embellished shoulder epaulettes from H&M.
