Toya’s take on a revived wardrobe must-have, the jumpsuit, made me double take in the  Manhattan’s Garment District for this street style. Her floral-print jumpsuit makes for an amazing foundation. Her use of accessories may break some “fashion rules” for some, but is a perfect celebration of personal style. Her accessories play off of the colors in the print and her easy breezy confidence makes this outfit a ten.
