Crystal Renn started modeling at age 14 and quickly found herself struggling to maintain the strict weight requirements. She penned a book called 'Hungry' which was released last year. Renn wrote about her path to self acceptance. She launched her plus size modeling career in 2004 with a spread in Vogue shot by Steven Meisel, and soon found herself in a Dolce & Gabbana and a Chanel campaign and most recently on the Chanel Resort runway.

02. Kate Dillon

Kate Dillon began her career as a size 6 with Elite NYC, but after overcoming health issues she eventually relaunched her career as a U.S. size 14 plus-size model. Dillon enjoyed a fast rise to fame via the covers and editorials of MODE Magazine, and has since notched up advertising campaigns for the top plus-size clothing retailers in the world. Dillon was a featured guest during season 3 of the US network show America's Next Top Model, talking to contestants about body image and self-esteem. Kate joined Ford in May of 2010 and continues to be the star that she is.

03. Tara Lynn

Tara Lynn's career took off when she was in the January 2010 issue of V Magazine a long overdue feature. Soon Tara was featured on the cover of French Elle with a 20 page editorial inside. She not only is an excellent model but also a restaurant owner in her home town of Seattle. Tara Lynn is a perfect example that beauty cannot be defined by size.

04. Ashley Graham

Ashley Graham grew up in the mid west and started her modeling career at 13 standing 5'9" at a size 12. Subsequently, she was submitted for a model convention in Dallas, Texas, which she won, and then signed with Ford+ in 2003. She's worked steadily with clients such as: Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Lane Bryant ever since. She was featured in American Vogue in a three page feature describing her personal style. Her most recent accomplishment to date is the Lane Bryant Commercial, which has garnered her an incredible amount of attention in the media. That, combined with the 17 page inaugural issue dedicated solely to a model on Madisonplus.com.

05. Lizzie Miller

Known world wide as "the girl on page 194" in her un-retouched photo in Glamour Magazine. This single photo helped launch the plus size movement into the mainstream end of 2009. Little did she know when she was 13 and signed up for Model Search America, that she had this exciting future to come.

Laura Wells has modeling in her blood, she is one of two models in her family. Her sister Courtney has been a straight size model for 8 years. Laura has quickly paved her own path and has become a globe trotter with clients all over the world. She has even had a mannequin crafted after her body for David Jones and Myers department stores in Australia. Laura was also one of Madison Plus's first fresh faces.

Toccara won over our hearts while she was on the 3rd season of ANTM. She quickly made a name for herself when she was featured in Vogue Italia, "The Black Issue" with a 14 page editorial shot by Steven Meisel, she has also graced the pages of Essence, Ebony, King Magazine and Vibe Magazine. Toccara has become one of the best known and most recognized plus models.

Candice has done campaign work for H&M and Levi's, and continues to work regularly for top retailers all over the world including Macy's, Lane Bryant, David's Bridal, Elena Miro, Target, and Kohl's just to name a few.
